This Privacy Policy explains how Local Growth System LLC, doing business as Active Cryo Spa ("we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit activecryospa.com, fill out our forms, call or text us, or book a call. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Who we are

Active Cryo Spa is a free matching service. We do not run a spa or provide cryotherapy. When you ask for help, we pass your request to an independent cryotherapy provider near you so they can contact you. Those providers may pay us for the referral.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and your answers about your goals, the areas you want treated, past treatments, timeline and budget. If you book a call, we also collect the time you picked.
Calls and texts: when you call or text our number, we collect your phone number, what you tell us, and call details. Calls may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed so we can route your request, keep records and improve our service.
Automatic information: your IP address, device and browser type, pages you visit, the page that sent you here, and ad campaign details (such as UTM tags and click IDs). We collect this with cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

To match you with the closest local provider and send them your request.
To contact you by phone, text or email about your request, including to confirm or remind you of a booked call.
To book, change or cancel calls and appointments.
To keep records of requests, consent and billing with our providers.
To run, secure and improve the site, and to measure our advertising.
To follow the law and protect our rights.

How we share your information

Local providers: we share your contact details and answers with the independent provider matched to your request so they can contact you and help you. That provider uses your information under its own privacy policy. We may be paid for this referral. Under some state laws this may count as a "sale" of personal information. Service companies: we use trusted companies to run our business, such as our CRM and phone system, calendar and booking tools, email and text message services, AI voice tools, web hosting, and payment processors. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Analytics and ads: we use tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) to understand site use and measure ads. These companies may collect information through cookies on our site.
Legal and business reasons: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Text messages and mobile information

If you give consent, we and the matched provider may text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We only share it with the provider matched to your request so they can respond, and with the service companies that deliver our messages. See our SMS Terms.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work without them. You can learn about ad choices at aboutads.info and control Google ad settings at Google Ad Settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing where the law requires it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states), you may have the right to:

know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it,
correct information that is wrong,
delete your information,
opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and of targeted advertising,
appeal if we deny your request.

To make a request, email info@thelocalgrowthsystem.com or call (866) 545-8930. We will confirm your identity before we act and reply within the time the law requires (usually 45 days). You may use an authorized agent. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To appeal a decision, reply to our response with "Appeal" in the subject line.

How long we keep information

We keep information as long as we need it for the reasons above, including keeping records of consent and billing, and then delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is 100% secure.

Health information

We are not a health care provider, and this site is not covered by HIPAA. Please do not send us detailed medical records. Share only what is needed to find you a provider.

Children

This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above.
