These Terms of Use apply to activecryospa.com and the services offered through it by Local Growth System LLC, doing business as Active Cryo Spa ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
Active Cryo Spa is a free referral service. We help you find an independent cryotherapy provider near you. We do not provide cryotherapy, medical care or any treatment. Providers are separate businesses. They are not our employees or agents, and they alone are responsible for their services, pricing, staff, licenses, safety and results. We may be paid by providers for referrals. We do not endorse or guarantee any provider.

Prices and results
Any prices shown are typical ranges and estimates only. Your provider sets the actual price. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences.
Your information and consent to contact
You agree to give true and complete information and to use only your own phone number and email. When you submit a form, call or book, you agree that we and the matched provider may contact you as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, including by calls and texts that may use automated technology or an AI assistant, and that calls may be recorded. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us on a call.
Booked calls
When you book a call, the provider or our team will try to reach you at the time you chose. Times can change. We are not responsible if a provider does not call, changes a time, or cannot serve you.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. This includes submitting false or someone else's information, trying to break or overload the site, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The site and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal use only.

We are not responsible for other websites we link to or their practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or result from services a provider gives you. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

You agree to cover our losses from any claim caused by your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
